“Welcome Women’s Lifestyle Show past and potential exhibitors! We invite you to participate in THE women’s event of the year! As you may have already noticed, we are making many exciting changes and additions to the 2012 Women’s Lifestyle Show. This year, we are offering you an easier and more environmentally friendly way to sign up for our show. We have also improved the floor plan by making it more intimate and interactive, giving you the chance to get up close and personal with potential customers & clients for added exposure and a larger return. We’ve incorporated six pavilions into the floor plan. You choose the pavilion that best suits your company. The pavilion choices are: Health & Wellness, Fashion & Beauty, Home & Living, Bridal & Event, Shopping and Culinary. You can also choose “general” area if that works better for you. Go to the “Pavilions/Stages” page to learn more about each pavilion.

In addition to the previous mentioned changes, we’ve also put together some unbelievable sponsorship opportunities to make sure your company does not go unnoticed. There are several customizable packages to choose from. If you have other sponsorship ideas we would love to hear them. Just call our offices to set up a meeting.

There are now TWO convenient ways to reserve your booth for the 2012 Women’s Lifestyle Show.

OPTION #1 

Choose your booth and pay on-line. We have partnered with BoothBoss to bring exhibitors a live, interactive floor plan to make booth selections easier than ever before! Choose your preferred booth, and place it in your shopping cart. In the check out process, you’ll have the opportunity to select 2nd & 3rd choice locations. Also, there are payment options of immediate credit card processing or payment by electronic check. After the check out process is complete, the Women’s Lifestyle Show Sales Team is notified of your preferred booth, and it is placed on hold for final approval by our show management.

Please note: there may be a need to adjust your booth selection to one of your alternate choices, and the final booth assignment is made by show management after reviewing your top 3 choices. If you receive your 2nd or 3rd choice option, you will be notified and your order will be edited.

NOTE: You cannot reserve a booth through the on-line system without an accompanying credit card or electronic check payment. We can ensure you the site is 100% secure. BoothBoss uses the comodo seal, which is the same encryption code many banks use and it insures all transactions up to $500,000.

You can choose to pay the full amount with your booth request ($650 per 10×10), or pay the $100 non-refundable deposit now in which case the remaining booth fee will be due by AUGUST 1, 2012.

OPTION #2

If you are unable to reserve your booth online and pay by credit card or electronic check, you will need to reserve your booth by mail.

Please mail your booth payment (check) and completed contract to the Women’s Lifestyle Show offices. You can download the booth contract and other booking information by CLICKING HERE. If you are unable to download the contract please give us a call and we will be more than happy to mail or fax you a copy of the contract for your completion.
